ABOUT

Tilbuilt is a Melbourne-based builder delivering design-led new homes, extensions and high-end renovations. We work with architects and interior designers, and we also work directly with homeowners—bringing a consistent, disciplined approach to the project team.

Founded in 2010 by Daniel Tilkeridis, Tilbuilt comes from a high-end carpentry background and a detail-led way of building. That shows up in the fundamentals: set-out, junctions, tolerances, coordination, and finish.

We run strong preliminaries because they directly correlate to a smoother build. Clear scope, realistic programming, proper supervision, and a well-set-up site reduce friction and protect the outcome.

Our delivery is structured and deliberate. We focus on buildability, sequencing, and documentation early, then run the build with steady site management and quality checks at the right points. Communication stays direct and documented so decisions are clear and the project remains aligned across design, cost, and program.
